Pear Cake

Beat until foamy:

  • 100g Margarine
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 75g sugar
  • 3 eggs

Then mix in:

  • 100g ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp self-raising white flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Put the dough onto the tray and bake at 170 degrees for 30min. Let it cool down and place the contents of 1 can of pears on it (sliced) and sprinkle some advokaat egg liqueur over the pears. Whip 300ml of cream and spread it on the cake. Roast 50g of almond slivers in a pan with a bit of butter, and let it cool down. Sprinkle almond and grated chocolate bits onto the cream.

Calories per slice (12 slices per cake)- 246 Calories/slice
