Mix ingredients and keep in the fridge for a few hours. Put two thirds of the dough into the tray and bake at 200 degrees (no fan) for 15min.
Cook apples in a pot until soft. Fry almonds with milk and honey until lightly brown. Now form a side wall with the remaining dough, add the apples and sprinkle almonds on top. Bake again at 180 degrees fan-forced for 30 min.
