Ingredients:

Green bean stir fry

500g of Green beans, trimmed (cut into 2 pieces)
500g of Chicken fillet, sliced
300g of firm tofu
2 carrots, sliced
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1.5 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of sugar
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
cooking Oil
Pepper to season
Rice to serve

Preparation:

Combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar in a small bowl
Cook the beans in the boiling water for 2 or 3 minutes until just tender, then set aside.
Slice & fry the tofu in oil & remove it from the pan.
Put the oil into the pan and fry garlic until brown. Add chicken & half of the sauce, and stir until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Add the sliced carrots and stir for 2min over high heat, then add the green beans, tofu and the rest of the sauce. Stir until well-combined.
Season with pepper and Serve with rice

Broccoli Stir Fry

Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:

2 carrots
500g of broccoli
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
oil
fish & soy sauce
pepper
500g chicken breast
firm tofu
rice

Cut everything in small bits. Fry the tofu slices in oil, then remove them from the pan. Add more oil and garlic, then fry the chicken. When done, add carrots, then the rest of the vegies and the sauces, pepper, then the tofu.

Serve with rice.
